Cancellation Policy

Learn about Dial for Web's cancellation terms for web development, design, SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, hosting, and related services.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Dial for Web

At Dial for Web, we aim to provide reliable and professional web development, design, digital marketing, SEO, maintenance, and related services.

To ensure clarity for our customers, the following cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

Customers may request cancellation before the project has commenced. If no work has been performed and no third-party costs have been incurred, the amount paid may be refunded after deducting any applicable payment-processing or administrative charges.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the work already completed. Charges for completed work, allocated resources, purchased licenses, third-party services, hosting, domain registrations, or other committed expenses will be non-refundable.

Any eligible remaining balance may be refunded after these deductions.

Advance Payments

Project advances or deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover resource allocation, project planning, development, design, and other project-related commitments.

Cancellation of Monthly or Recurring Services

For recurring services such as website maintenance, SEO, digital marketing, hosting, or support, customers may request cancellation by providing [7/15/30] days' written notice, depending on the applicable service agreement.

Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has started.

Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers—including domain registrars, hosting providers, premium themes/plugins, APIs, software licenses, advertising platforms, and other external services—are subject to the respective provider's refund policy and may not be refundable by Dial For Web.

Customer-Requested Delays

If a project is delayed because required content, approvals, credentials, feedback, or other information is not provided by the customer, cancellation will still be subject to charges for work already completed and resources already allocated.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

How to Request Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the customer's registered email address or another official communication channel provided by Dial For Web.

The request should include the customer's name, project/service details, and reason for cancellation.
