At Dial for Web, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development, web design, SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, and related services.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may or may not be refunded.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and professional services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Before making a payment, customers are encouraged to review the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms carefully.
Refunds Before Project Commencement
If a customer requests a refund before work has started, Dial For Web may provide a refund after deducting any applicable:
- Payment gateway/transaction charges
- Administrative charges
- Third-party expenses already incurred
- Other non-recoverable costs
Refunds After Work Has Started
Once development, design, consultation, SEO, marketing, or other project work has commenced, refunds will generally not be provided for work already completed.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be calculated based on the value of completed work and any costs already incurred by Dial For Web.
Advance Payments
Advance payments are used to reserve resources and begin project planning and execution.
Therefore, advance payments are generally non-refundable after project commencement.
Milestone Payments
For projects divided into milestones, payment for a completed and approved milestone is non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled before completion of a future milestone, charges will apply for work already completed up to the cancellation date.
Third-Party Services and Expenses
Payments made for third-party services are generally non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration
- Web hosting
- Premium themes and plugins
- Software licenses
- APIs and external services
- SSL certificates
- Stock images, fonts, and other licensed assets
- Advertising and marketing expenses
Any refund associated with such services will be subject to the third party's own refund policy.
Customer-Related Delays
A refund will not normally be issued where project delays or inability to complete the work result from:
- Delayed customer feedback
- Failure to provide required content or credentials
- Changes in project requirements
- Lack of approvals
- Customer-requested pauses or delays
Additional charges may apply if resources need to be reallocated or the project needs to be restarted after a prolonged delay.
Non-Approval or Change of Mind
Refunds are not normally provided because a customer changes their mind, changes their business requirements, dislikes a concept after approving the scope, or decides not to use the completed website/service.
Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.
Service-Specific Refunds
For recurring services such as SEO, website maintenance, digital marketing, technical support, or subscription-based services, fees for services already delivered or for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
Any cancellation or refund will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Exceptional Refunds
Dial For Web may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances.
Any approved refund will be communicated to the customer in writing.
Approval of an exceptional refund does not establish an obligation to provide similar refunds in future cases.
Refund Processing

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
